I find it hard to give undivided attention during a conversation.
I find it hard to give undivided attention during a conversation particularly if I'm interrupted whilst working. I cannot just stand/sit there and listen as I feel like it's my time being wasted so I will start tidying up, or continue working (typing) ... it actually makes me a better listener and more engaged!

What do you find yourself doing because you 'should' do it? - this I feel i should act a certain way when in meetings where I do not understand the concept and feel stupid if I voice something so tend to agree that what is being said must be correct, or the right direction to be going in

Walking with bare feet in my garden and connecting with Mother Earth at every opportunity, and feeding / watering all of the birds and animals who visit our garden before sunset ready for sunrise ….otherwise I feel off balance and worried they haven’t been fed and watered!
If I don’t feed and water our garden visitors I worry, when I am away I leave food and instructions for my family and will always check-in that this has been done. If my feet don’t connect with Mother Earth I also feel unbalanced, my daily grounding exercise regardless of weather.

I clear up my table before settling down to do work.
My head is filled with ideas and it’s easier to connect to them when I don’t have the mess around me. This takes me off from my hyper focus.

Not wanting to make small talk or fill gaps in conversation.
I prefer to talk about deeper issues around how I experience life if anything. I actually don't find the weather that interesting.

I tend to rush doing something on time so I can get on to the next thing and then rush that to get to the next thing…reparat
It’s very annoying and the only way to stop is to stop.

My perception of time is non-linear.
For me time is like floating on a lake rather than being carried down a stream. Everything is within equal reach. Past, present & future.

Keeping the peace is more important than having my needs met.
Sometimes there are difficulties with other people. They have their needs. I have my needs. If is kind people, or just sensible people, it's always easy to strick some kind of compromise. But time and again there's zero willingness to move. So they get their needs met while I don't get mine met. In situations like this keeping the peace is stupid. Still, I do it. Maybe an internalized norm?

I overthink everything. I can't even communicate my Norm.
Simple really, I over think, I get overwhelmed and then get frustrated that others don't think, see or understand the world like I do.

To walk barefoot 👣
No shoes is fine on the beach - but anywhere else - well that’s not the norm. But why?! I, and my children love going barefoot. You feel connected to ground, free and agile. But barefoot often comes with looks 👀and comments ‘Oh mind they don’t cut their feet!’, ‘Your feet must be freezing!’, ‘Where are your shoes?!’ 😕
